Set on the edge of the village in Kolomban, this 160 m² detached home was built in 2007 and stands on a 2,203 m² plot with open views of the sea. The grounds feature an Istrian stone retaining wall, ornamental shrubs, flowers and fruit trees.
A large swimming pool with functioning infrastructure sits in front of the house. Heating is provided by a fireplace, which also warms the space through underfloor heating.
